A SintonizeJá respeita os direitos de propriedade intelectual de terceiros e espera que os seus utilizadores façam o mesmo.

É política da SintonizeJá, em circunstâncias apropriadas e a seu critério, desativar e/ou encerrar as contas de utilizadores que violem repetidamente os direitos de autor de terceiros.

De acordo com a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) de 1998, disponível no site do U.S. Copyright Office, a SintonizeJá responderá de forma célere a alegações de infração de direitos de autor cometidas através do website sintonizeja.com, das suas aplicações móveis ou de qualquer outra rede online acessível através de dispositivos móveis ou de outro tipo.

Se é titular de direitos de autor, está autorizado a agir em nome de um ou autorizado a agir ao abrigo de qualquer direito exclusivo, poderá reportar alegadas infrações de direitos de autor ocorridas nos Sites, preenchendo o Aviso de Infração (DMCA Notice) abaixo e enviando-o para o Agente de Direitos de Autor da SintonizeJá.

Após a receção do Aviso, a SintonizeJá tomará as medidas que considerar adequadas, incluindo a remoção do material em causa.

Identificação da obra protegida por direitos de autor que alega ter sido infringida (ou uma lista representativa, se várias obras forem abrangidas).
Identificação do material alegadamente infrator (ou sujeito a atividade infratora) que deve ser removido ou cujo acesso deve ser desativado, incluindo, se aplicável, o URL onde o material se encontra.
As suas informações de contacto, incluindo endereço postal, número de telefone e endereço de e-mail.
As seguintes declarações no corpo do aviso:
“Declaro, de boa fé, que o uso contestado do material protegido por direitos de autor não é autorizado pelo titular dos direitos de autor, pelo seu agente ou pela lei (por exemplo, utilização legítima).”
“Declaro que as informações contidas neste Aviso são verdadeiras e, sob pena de perjúrio, que sou o titular dos direitos de autor ou estou autorizado a agir em nome do titular de um direito exclusivo que terá sido alegadamente infringido.”
